What Is Clean Room Definition?
These are room systems which determine the entry of particles into the room, where the amount of formation is designed to be minimized to the minimum limit of retention, where the concentration of airborne particles used and the desired parameters in scope are controlled as required by temperature, humidity and pressure.
Staff Entrance Room, Clothing Area & Doorway Room: It is the place where the staff wears their aprons, face masks, gloves and shoes and wears the clean room clothes which are determined to vary from gallons. The amount of clothes, the amount of staff is determined by the process. As the garment enters the clean room, the clean room air strikes, depending on the outside area outside the clean room, due to the pressurization of the room and prepares the transition to the other room. The cleaning level of this area will generally be lower than other cleanroom areas.
Assembly Packing Room & Data Room: This is the place where the product is prepared or made. This area is generally constructed at a higher pollution control level than the personnel entrance chamber and is at a higher pressure level than the personnel entry chamber and is the filling room preconditioning area. When you open the door from the front room to the processing area, it means that clean room air strikes your face. Protocol levels are higher in this area and include the frequency of cleaning, restrictions on allowed equipment and vehicles, and controlled product transfer in and out.
Filling Area & Critical Process Area: If part of the cleanroom process requires a higher level of contamination control, an additional chamber can be added or a vertical or horizontal flow bench can be added. Again, this area will be at a higher pressure than adjacent areas. Usually, sensitive products include mechatronic systems in the body, stem cell laboratory systems.
Clean Room Specifications:
Clean Room Panel System; 60 mm thick, internal insulation with EPS material filling, B class flammability class hygienic panels.
Clean room door; Sealed type, made of glass and without glass, 60 mm wall thickness, single wing, shock absorber wing system mounted interlock system or connected to the automation group. Emergency Safety Button interlock system cancellation feature.
Clean Room Pass Box; Stainless steel or aluminum interlock system. Pass-through unit with or without filter.
Clean Room Automation Instantaneous temperature, humidity, air velocity, room pressure value of the set values with the ability to control the air conditioning system. Lighting systems on / off, timing adjustment, filter equipment used in case of clogging audible and visual warning.
Clean rooms as scope; are hygienic private rooms with conditioned and controllable ventilation systems.
Clean room Pass Box In design; control of parameters such as temperature, humidity, live and inanimate pollutants, air flow directions and pressure is required. Purpose of temperature and humidity control; to provide a comfortable environment for people working in a clean room, with the exception of special conditions arising from the work done. In clean room pass box, it is imperative to keep comfort conditions at a very high level, so that people working in special clothing do not produce more pollutants.
Clean-room Material Pass Box (Transition Box):
These are compact structures which are used for material transfer between clean rooms and entrance passages, static or dynamic designed depending on the general conditions of the room, active and passive logic of the doors, with uv lamp and electronic control system.
Pass Box Systems:
The interior of the boxes used for product transfer between the areas with difference of space is produced in stainless steel. The exterior is determined and dressed according to the needs of the project.
Pass Box can be used to be embedded in the panel to which they are applied, as well as directly hanging on the panel or another wall system. Air lock systems, timed hepa filter systems, uv light systems, such as easy to work with systems such as transition boxes, aluminum casing wing, panel glass, stainless arm and stainless steel plate forming the internal volume is produced using materials that are compatible with long lasting and sterile environments.
Clean room Pass Box Type:
- Static Pass Box: A pass box system that manages the transfer without any air conversion during the passage of the product.
- Dynamic Pass Box: Pass Box systems that allow the purchase of the product after performing a certain period of air conversion during the passage of the product.
The Performance of Clean Room Pass Box varies depending on the particle concentration in the room. In order to achieve the desired pollution class, the quality of the materials and application teams to be used in clean room design is very high, as well as the quality of testing, measurement and calibration to be performed during and after the application phase.
