Dry heating is one of the methods of sterilization and ovens are known as dry heat sterilizers. Dry heat sterilization works from 171 degrees Celsius to 224 degrees Celsius. Sterilization has three methods: one is steam sterilization, the second is H2O2 sterilization or ethylene oxide sterilization, & the third is the last method of sterilization is dry heat sterilization which requires high temperature. Dry heat sterilization requires a Hot Air Oven to kill microorganisms at high temperatures ranging from 171 to 224 degrees Celsius.

Hot Air Oven Construction:
Double-walled and triple-walled construction with inner SS 304/316 and outer construction of Mild Steel powder coated. Double-walled hot air ovens are insulated with Mineral wool insulation instead of glass wool insulation for zero skin temperature. The Oven Chamber consists of adjustable SS 304 trays for keeping samples and glassware. The air circulatory fan is covered by a type of steel cover for the safety of the user. Yatherm ovens are mounted on heavy castor wheels with two lockable wheels and two free movable wheels.
100 K High-density aluminum silicate fiber insulation effectively reduces the heat loss from the chamber and saves energy. High-quality insulation provides a long life to the hot air drying ovens & increases its performance.
Heating Elements:
For uniform and efficient heating inside the chamber, Yatherm provides air heaters instead of nichrome wires & heaters. ISI mark air heaters come in u shape and ring shape which works only with a circulatory fan. Fin-type air heaters provide fast heating at a high RAMP rate.
Finned heaters provide fast and Uniform heating, Dissipation performance, High thermal efficiency, and Long service life.

Temperature:
Yatherm Hot air ovens are suitable for operation within the range of ambient to 300°C and readability 0.00°C with an accuracy of +/-1% only. PID controller has a timer of up to 9999 minutes and an alarm facility for high and low temperatures. We offer a safe thermostat of temperature for our hot-air oven.
PID controllers can set only one temperature point at one time whereas PLC with HMI has a touch screen and you can set several programs for temperatures at one point in time.
Temperature Calibration – We strictly adopt the ISO standard temperature measurement method to check the temperature accuracy and uniformity before dispatch.

3. And how about the warranty?
We offer a year warranty on each machine purchased from our manufacturing unit. We generally offer a 12-month warranty but in the case of sea transport, we extend our warranty by three months. Our Ovens are available on the GEM portal and we offer a 2 to 5-year warranty in the government sector.
4. What’s the delivery term?
We have standard models of 100 & 200 Liters capacity always in stock. If there is no stock in the Manufacturing unit we take 15 to 20 days to manufacture the unit. For big-size models, it usually takes three to four weeks.
5. Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yatherm Scientific is known for its research development and customization. We are always ready for customization in terms of temperature range, dimensions, and design.
As we do OEM for many companies we can put your logo on the machine.
We provide descriptive operation videos and a detailed user manual in the English language via email for the installation of the oven. We provide a complete machine with all required parts to run the machine and you have to switch it on and it is ready to use.
