Double door horizontal autoclave designed for cleanroom, Operation Theater & Microbiology laboratory. Double Door type of autoclave consists of one sterile door and second doors are non-sterile. The front door consists of a complete control panel like a PID controller, Multiport valve & Pressure gauges whereas the rear door has a Pressure gauge only. The rear door has no control except the door opening after the pressure comes down to zero.

Description of Double Door Autoclave

1. Triple Wall construction has a recessed jacket around the chamber which avoids steam condensation & provides even distribution of steam.

2. Chamber: The Chamber is made up of chemical-resistant stainless steel 314 Garde according to international standards. Argon welded chamber has a mirror shine finish with no cleaning dead angles & two stainless steel guided rails for easy movement of the trolley.

3. The aluminosilicate 85mm layer makes the chamber insulated and avoids temperature loss in the chamber. This insulation layer is covered by a stainless steel sheet to make the autoclave as per standard.

4. The door:

• Double door autoclave has two doors where one is the front door & second is rear door which are interlocked under pressure.
• Doors have a radial locking system with a jointless heat-proof inflatable silicon gasket.
• The sterilization cycle will start when the Door is completely closed and locked.

5. The pipeline :

The pipeline system consists of a pneumatic valve, Non-returning vales for steam, a Vacuum pump, a Water Motor, and so on.
Vacuum pump: Double Door Autoclave equipped with a water ring vacuum pump to obtain vacuum inside the chamber, ensuring complete air removal from wrapped goods.

6. Control system:

• Stable and reliable controlling with PLC + HMI control micro-data printing for autoclave sterilization cycle.
• Password-protected HMI has data storage capacity, trouble-free operation & animated display.
• The touchscreen control unit provides us with manual and automatic operation provisions.
• The controller interface displays:  the sterilization cycle status, Running Time, Running Pressure of the Jacket and Chamber, Running Temperature of the Jacket and Chamber, Operation record, printing, High/Low Temperature Alarm, Door opening alarm & other processes.

7.  Printer:

The printer provides a real-time graph of temperature and pressure with the readings of Temperature, time, and pressure for record purposes. All these graph papers are recorded daily by the user as per international guidelines.
