A product is exposed to various mechanical loads during its life cycle. This exposure can occur both during transport and in normal operation. Working Principle : Vibration Combined Temperature Humidity Test Chamber has high and low ramp rate in terms of temperature and humidity with vibration environment. These chambers are designed for high/low relative humidity & high/low temperature range compatible with the mechanical and electrodynamic vibrations system. The Vibration table are designed for the testing of vibrations of very small electronic components and Environmental test chambers  gives a combined testing of temperature, humidity and vibration testing in one equipment.

MIL-STD-202 – Vibration Testing Methods: Two types of vibration testing methods that works on high and low frequency.

Method 201 – Vibration, High Frequency:

  • Purpose:  It is used for the calculation of components withstand at high frequency vibration on vibration shaker.
  • Frequency Range: 10 Hz to 2000 Hz
  • Acceleration Levels: Up to 20 G
  • Test Duration: 4 hours per axis (12 hours total)
  • Waveform: Sinusoidal
  • Sweep Rate: 1 octave per minute

Method 204 – Vibration, Sweep:

  • Purpose: It tests the ability of a component to withstand vibration over a range of frequencies on vibration shaker.
  • Frequency Range: 10 Hz to 2000 Hz
  • Acceleration Levels: Up to 20 G
  • Test Duration: 12 hours total (4 hours per axis)
  • Waveform: Sinusoidal
  • Sweep Rate: 1 octave per minute, with a minimum of 4 complete cycles

TEMPERATURE AND VERTICAL VIBRATION CLIMATIC TEST CHAMBER

  11. The flexibility of the manufacturing process allows the construction of environmental chambers: with the test volume rising forward with a vibrating jar or a movable plate, it can slip under the chamber; chamber lifted by the feet with the camera being simply positioned on top of the shaker.
  12. A perfect seal is guaranteed between the shaker and the chamber.
  13. An additional plate allows the camera to be used in conventional mode as well.
  14. The vibration frequency shall be varied logarithmically between the approximate limits of 10 and 2,000 Hz.  However, the procedure of method 201 may be applied during the 10-55 Hz band of the vibration frequency range.

Very Easy Operation

 A worm-type lifting system, managed by a touch screen control panel, allows the test cabin to be adapted to any height of the shaker.
 It is also possible to add horizontal movement on request. This is especially valuable if the shaker allows both vertical and horizontal movement or if more than one shaker is needed in the same chamber.

Great Flexibility

 Different backgrounds, for vertical and horizontal vibrations, can be adapted for any existing shakers.
 If there is a need to use the camera without the shaker in place a blind bottom is available.
 The test cabin is managed by a detachable control panel on the right side of the chamber.

Standard Models

 Available sizes several liters; the temperature range is -99 to 200 ° C, while the humidity range is 10% to 95% (in the + 10 / + 95 ° C temperature range).
 3 temperature variation are available: 5, 10, or 15 ° C / minute.
