- We invite all customers to visit our factory and check the incubator shaker in front of them. We also provide complete training on equipment with preventive maintenance & operations.
- If the buyer is not interested in visiting and wants to install it by himself, we provide a complete video that teaches you to install and operate. We provide a user manual and calibration report for easy understanding.
