The BOD Incubator also known as Laboratory Incubator/Bacteriological Incubator has in its acronym the following meaning; Biochemical Oxygen Demand and as its name suggests, this equipment is used to control the oxygen consumed by microorganisms while acting on the deterioration of matter. The BOD Incubator is developed for laboratories that need incubation temperature control, water quality control in relation to oxygen, pollution levels, and improvement of biology studies on insects, among others. The BOD Incubator is originally designed to incubate long-term tests of BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand). Due to its reliability and flexibility, it is used today in the most diverse applications: plant growth, germination, create and maintain microbiological or cell cultures, BOD, storage of reagents, and so on.

Often known as low-temperature incubators, our appropriately constructed BOD Incubator units are made of corrosion resistance stainless steel. BOD Incubators with humidity control were developed for demands that require exact temperature control. BOD Incubators size capacity flexibility from 96 to 1000 liters. Digital micro-processed controller with PID system, has 4-digit LED display with 0.1°C resolution for indication of process temperature (PV) and Set point. PT 100 temperature sensor. The programmable timer of 9999 minutes. Temperature from -10 to 60°C (Other temperatures on request). Heating through stainless steel armored tubular resistance, easy to replace. Cooling through CFC-free ecological system and with the sealed unit. Thermal insulation in expanded polyurethane on all walls, including the door with a glass window, ensures little loss of temperature to the external environment.

Automatic lighting when opening the door. Inner chamber in stainless steel 304 grade, pre-molded that prevents corrosion. External cabinet in GI powder coated and anti-corrosive treatment and smooth epoxy finishing (painting). Mounted on leveling feet allows for easy product leveling and movement. Blind door with magnetic seal. Internal water reservoir that provides relative humidity through natural evaporation. Overheating protection system through a factory-set hydraulic thermostat. Polycarbonate front panel, with controls and function indicator lamps. Optionally, they can be supplied with internal sockets, thermometers, and other accessories upon request.
