Refrigeration System
Yatherm ultra low temperature (ULT) freezers have cascade refrigeration systems, enhanced heat transfers, highly efficient oil separators, easy clean filters, and Copper coils. Our Freezers have a delay timer of three minutes for the safety of the compressor. We offer a dual-guard cooling system, that starts working in case of an unexpected failure of the primary cooling system. A separate cooling system is provided with the machine which can maintain -80 degrees Celsius of temperature.

LN2 Backup System/Co2 Back-Up System
This is a gas supply system to the chamber from a Gas cylinder with the help of the electronic controlling device. LN2 Backup and Co2 backup are a kind of cooling system for the refrigeration of the ULT freezer chamber. Yatherm ULT freezer is equipped with a high and low-temperature alarm & when the temperature rises to the high alarm from a set point LN2 backup system starts working automatically. Gas from the cylinder is transferred to the chamber to maintain the freezer’s set temperature. In case of power failure Battery operated controller starts maintaining the temperature.
