Construction

Advance technology with high quality of material makes our pharmaceutical stability chamber more useful & stable. Double Walled Modular panel type construction insulated with PUF material that assembled at the site with trained engineering staff. SS 316 /SS 304 grade trays & shelf are offered with the chamber to sustain movement & material load inside the walk-in chamber.
The Working area of the chamber is made up of rust proof high quality Stainless Steel 304 grade.
To maintain the ICH stability testing, chambers are equipped with Air circulatory fans that maintains the temperature and relative humidity.
A transparent moisture proof Temperature proof glass window helps in viewing the samples without affecting the test condition & human interference.
Humidity and temperature Walk-in Stability Test Chambers can be programmed to maintain the stable environment with temperature , humidity, air pressure and light exposure that is ideal for understanding the effects of transportation & storage on the efficacy of drugs. We also offer Lights inside the chambers if required.

Uniform temperature/humidity

Humidity system consist a humidity generation tank made up of complete SS 304 Grade steel with low water cut off & ISI mark SS 304 water heater. We also offer one stand by water heater with automatic switch over system in case of failure of the first one. We recommend DM water or Distilled water for the long life of heating element and Low water float valve. Uniform temperature is only achieved by the circulatory fan that circulates the sufficient amount of air inside the chamber. Humidity distribution achieved by steam injection.
