Training and Installation

  1. We invite all customers to visit our factory and check the incubator shaker in front of them. We also provide complete training on equipment with preventive maintenance & operations.
  2. If the buyer is not interested in visiting and wants to install it by himself, we provide a complete video that teaches you to install and operate. We provide a user manual and calibration report for easy understanding.
  3. If the buyer wants installation from our engineer, we always provide our engineer for onsite installation.

 

After Service

  1. We offer a One-year warranty for the whole machine and lifetime service support.
  2. Our engineer will offer you 24-hour technical support by email or call
  3. In case of a breakdown, our engineer will visit you.
