Salt Spray chamber designed for checking the rusting resistance capacity of metal when exposed to moisture. The test chamber is available in 4 capacities from small to large 100 to 1000 liters. Yatherm Salt Spray Test Chamber is designed as per the EN ISO 9227 standard complete SS304. Salt Spray Chamber is designed with three types of Programmed environments for a salt spray with air drying & high humidity at a certain low temperature below 50 degrees Celsius.

1. Chamber material is made of P.V.C /P.P. Sheet, sturdily, and will not be out of shape.
2. The Test chamber is heated from five directions to ensure the temperature is uniformly distributed.
3. The spray nozzle is specially made, enabling to spray the of saltwater with considerable speed, then falling on the surface of the samples.
4. Hot and moist air keeps the humidity in the test chamber conforming to the testing request.
5. High precision P.I.D. temperature controller limits the temperature difference within the range of ±0.1℃.

Salt Spray Chamber Construction
Test Chamber drawing has a double-walled construction inner chamber with SS 304 or SS 316 or Acrylic or the outer material is MS powder Coated or SS 304 insulated with High-density woolen.
Lid
The top Cover for the test Chamber is made from an Imported Acrylic Transparent Sheet. This Lid is easy to handle and enables a sample view without disturbance.
Atomizer
A high-quality fog producer of 20-30 microns in a better sturdy design.

Control
