Salt Spray Chamber is designed with three types of Programmed environments for a salt spray with air drying & high humidity at a certain low temperature below 50 degrees Celsius.

1, Chamber material is made of P.V.C /P.P. Sheet, sturdily and will not be out of shape.

2, The Test chamber is heated from five directions to ensure the temperature is uniformity distributed.

3, Spray nozzle is specially made, enable to spray the salt water with considerable speed, then falls on the surface of samples.

4, Hot and moist air keeps the humidity in the test chamber conforms testing request.

5, High precision P.I.D. temperature controller limits the temperature difference within the range of ±0.1℃.

Test Chamber drawing has a double-walled construction inner chamber with SS 304 or SS 316 or Acrylic or outer material is MS powder Coated or SS 304 insulated with High-density woolen.


Top Cover for test Chamber is made from Imported Acrylic transparent Sheet. This Lid is easy to handle and enables a sample view without disturbance.


A high-quality fog producer of 20-30 microns in a better sturdy design.
