Illumination:

Illumination is a very important factor for the photostability test chamber for photostability testing.  Our Photostability test chambers are fully compliance with ICH guidelines Q1B part 2 which provides illumination testing procedure details for Photostability test chambers. We offer fluorescent LED Milky white light with 4 million lux hours & UV lights for proper exposure inside the working test chamber. Yaherm programmable controllers are equipped with controlling light feature for both the lights with power load.

Controlling System:

Our test chambers come with 4 to 7 inches HMI with PLC operation for controlling light, temperature, timer & humidity. We offer an advanced quality controlling system with our test chamber to meet the latest features. Yatherm provides a microprocessor-based PID controller for economy test chambers with quality sensors. Photostability test chambers are highly precise and accurate equipment works with the help of DIN sensors. Class A Sensors/ Din sensors are master sensors that provide precise and accurate information to the controller. PLC with HMI comes with three layers password protection & test chamber door is equipped with door lock key.

 

Construction:

We have certain standards for the manufacturing of test chambers in our factory. Our test chambers are made up of rustproof stainless steel 304 grade with curved corners for easy cleaning and maintenance. Yatherm offers SS304 & SS 316 construction for the inner and outer chamber with an eco-friendly HCFC free cooling system. We provide double-walled construction with 80 – 100 mm PUF insulation to avoid cooling, heating, and humidity from the chamber. Yatherm photostability test chambers are mounted on 4 lockable caster wheels for easy mobility.

 

Humidity Generation:

Inbuilt SS 304 small chamber with low water cut off, ISI mark SS 316 water heater for uniform heating, water input valve & Water drain valve. Yatherm test chambers humidity reservoirs are designed within the open chamber for accurate humidity for high and low humidity operations. ISI mark u shape water heaters have a long life and powerful humidity generation.
