Rotary Evaporator Parts and Function
Vacuum degree
The degree of Vacuum is the most important parameter of the Rotary Vacuum Evaporator. It is somewhere related to the property of solvents such as H2O, CH3CooH, CHCL3 & C2H5OH are used in Chemical Industry. Normal vacuum Pumps are not compatible with an organic solvent, we should choose a water ring corrosion-free vacuum pump.
Electric Motor
Pure Copper AC motor in Mild Steel PCRC coated shell for rotating the Rotary Flask. Flask rotation will be shown in the RPM meter. The real image of the Electric Motor is shown below.
Water Bath
The water bath is designed with SS 304 inner chamber and SS 304 Water heater. Outer Body construction comes with GI powder coated and optional SS 304/SS 316 Construction. Chamber Capacity starts from one liter to Twenty liters connected with standard electrical fitting to the machine.
Water Bath Chiller
A water bath chiller is an optional accessory required with Rotary Evaporator for cooling down the condenser liquid. It provides chilled water which acts as a catalyst in the distillation process by cooling the vapors of chemicals. Water bath equipped with a cooling bath chamber capacity of 5 to 100 liters according to the requirement of customers. The temperature range of the Chiller starts from ambient to -10, -20, -30 & -40 degrees Celsius. The Water Bath chiller has a temperature-controlled facility with a water circulatory pump for uniform temperature.

ROTARY -2M EVAPORATOR:
Yatherm ROTARY – 2 M evaporator is designed for the removal of solvents from samples with the help of an evaporator. This equipment is specially manufactured for chemical laboratories. Round Flask continuously rotates and creates a vacuum condition by heating & condensation. This process removes the solvent which can be collected in any container for reuse if required.
