First of all our steam sterilizers are equipped with a motorized sliding door that works on the principle of vacuum close and Air compressor sealing. We use a water-ring vacuum pump in our sterilizer for door closing, pre-vacuum, and post vacuum functions. Inbuilt set programs in PLC are like Clothes, Glass, IM, Vacuum test & Helix test which can be used as per the requirement of goods undergoing sterilization. We can’t use a regular vacuum pump instead of a water-ring vacuum pump because of its advanced feature of keeping the pump safe from the hot steam exhaust. According to the standards we provide the real-time inbuilt printer with batch number, company name, date, P1 P2, and T1 T2. The data logger is also an integral part of the Sterilizer which gives the complete recording of temperature, pressure, time & F0 value.

Pulse vacuum Sterilizer Construction
Yatherm Unit will be completely made up of stainless steel 304 grade with a mirror finish chamber. Our Inner chamber is made as per ASTM standard withstand of 50 Psi pressure and a 140-degree temperature. We design a Pulse vacuum sterilizer with an inbuilt steam boiler according to the dimension of the chamber.
Our complete unit consists of a pipeline system that includes a safety valve, Vacuum breaker, pneumatic valves & air filter. All pipes are curved free made up of SS 304 connected to a Water motor, Vacuum Pump & chamber with a jacket.
The vacuum pump is the most integral part of every pulse vacuum sterilizer which is installed for many purposes like given below.

Pre-vacuum helps in the removal of cold air moisture deposited inside the chamber after the first cycle of heating. Post vacuuming helps in drying the clothes completely after complete sterilization and it removes moisture from the chamber.
Our unit has many safety features like Double door interlocking, over-temperature protection, Low water cut off, Short circuit protection, overpressure cut off & vacuum breaker. We always provide a manual key for door opening in case of a power failure or emergency stop.
Capacity
We are known for the customization of sterilizers so no limit of capacity but we have a standard model range from 250 liters to 5000 liters. All steam sterilizer is rectangular in shape with double door facility.
Controls
Pulsation vacuum sterilizers are fully automatic equipment controlled by HMI operated by PLC. Air Compressor controls the door opening, door closing, and door sealing. The data logger controls the data recording with a USB port facility for real-time recording. PLC is designed to control the temperature, pressure, over-temperature protection, Low water cut-off, Vacuum pump, Water motor operation & Programmed cycles. Doors
Yatherm Scientific offers a double door for cleanroom usage with dual PLC & Dual Pressure gauges for manual opening of the door in case of emergency. Our double door has a rustproof stainless steel construction with a motorized opening and closing of the door. Our PLC has one fixed program of Doors operation which includes the following options.

Safety features
