Sieve Shaker Working Principle
We have two models of sieve shakers and both models have different principles of working. Our Economy model is a mechanical sieve shaker or motorized sieve shaker that has an inbuilt motor, & It works on the principle of electric vibration motion. Our Deluxe Model is designed with inbuilt Two heavy magnets that create electromagnetic vibration with programmed selection mode. Both models produce different quality outputs according to the working principle.

Motorized & Electromagnetic Sieve shakers with different sizes of sieves are available at the best prices in India. Users can stack sieves with a lid and pan up to 7 layers in ascending order from bottom to top. Higher size particles will not pass through the sieve particles of its size sieves like 2 mm sieves at the top will not allow particles bigger than 2.00 mm from the sieve. Lower-size particles will pass through all the sieves and will be collected at the bottom collection PAN as 20-micron sieves placed just before the pan so all particles below 20 microns will pass through all the stacked sieves. At the time of asking for a price quote for the sieve shaker, share details of the diameter of the sieves and the number of sieves with the sieve shaker platform size. We provide test sieves in brass & SS frames with NABL calibration reports. We dispatch material in a standard wooden box with proper marking and labels.
