Yatherm Salt Spray Test Chamber is designed as per the EN ISO 9227 standard complete SS304. Salt Spray Chamber is designed with three types of Programmed environments for a salt spray with air drying & high humidity at a certain low temperature below 50 degrees Celsius.

- Chamber material is made of P.V.C /P.P. Sheet, sturdily, and will not be out of shape.
- The Test chamber is heated from five directions to ensure the temperature is uniformly distributed.
- The spray nozzle is specially made, enabling to spray the of saltwater with considerable speed, then falling on the surface of the samples.
- Hot and moist air keeps the humidity in the test chamber conforming to the testing request.
- High precision P.I.D. temperature controller limits the temperature difference within the range of ±0.1℃.

This Equipment is also known as the Corrosion test Chamber equipped to perform different tests like Condensed water tests, CH3COOH tests, Salt spray tests & cyclic corrosion tests. We deliver quality equipment with an advanced Human Machine interface that has data logging, a printer facility, a USB port & PLC.
Salt Spray Chamber Construction : Test Chamber drawing has a double-walled construction inner chamber with SS 304 or SS 316 or Acrylic or the outer material is MS powder Coated or SS 304 insulated with High-density woolen.

Lid : The top Cover for the test Chamber is made from an Imported Acrylic Transparent Sheet. This Lid is easy to handle and enables a sample view without disturbance.
Air Circulation & Sample Holder : Salt spray chamber has air circulation system for air cycling and maintaining humidity and temperature inside the closed chamber. Long bar type simple holders are placed on the top of the chamber for hanging and placing the samples horizontally.
Atomizer Tower and Spraying : A high-quality fog producer of 20-30 microns in a better sturdy design.

Control
PLC with advanced HMI having data logging, digital temperature setting, programmable controller setting with USB port for data transfer. The air compressor unit is an integral part of the controller that comes with a gauge.
