1. Collecting devices and spray drying chamber are made up of  temperature resistant high quality Borosilicate glass material and it provides pollution free stable working environment. Glass parts are easy to clean, dismantle and provide view of working of samples.

2. Naked eye visual process of spray drying experiments are easy to detect ,analyze and solve problems timely.

3. Our Mini spray dryer has inbuilt oil free air compressor that allows powder particles normal distribution with good liquidity and low noise.

4. Complete unit including two fluid spray of atomizer are made up of SS 316/SS 304.

5. Microprocessors based PID controllers with high quality imported sensors controls the temperature accurately.

6. Peristaltic pump adjusts the feeding amount.

8. Touch panel PLC with HMI has manual and automatic modes, all the parameters can changed and fixed according to sample requirement.
