Dispensing Booth Working Principle
During the sampling operation, a low amount of dust particles are generated in the sampling booth where these dust particles are primarily filtered by washable synthetic prefilters & then high-efficiency HEPA filters with the help of forced air to clean 90% air of the chamber. The remaining 10 % of clean air was removed from the weighing booth directly which is why negative pressure was created inside the booth.
Dispensing Booth Parts and Functioning
HEPA FIlters – Hepa filters prevent airborne dust particles up to 0.3 microns with airflow from top to downside. Hepa Filters are fitted on the top side of the machine which is also known as mini pleat filters.
Prefilters – Washable Box-type synthetic non-woven media filters are fitted on the bottom side of the machine. Rated Airflow is 500CFM with an efficiency of 90% down to 10 microns. Test Certificate of pre-filters & Air filters from Yatherm Scientific is also offered with the equipment.
UV Lights – Two feet of UV light fitted on the top with the illumination light. Testing Report of UV light is also supplied with the IQ/PQ/DQ Documents.
Differential Pressure Gauge – Magnehelic Gauges are used to measure the pressure drop inside the working area 0 to 500 MM WC with a least count of 1 MM WC. Yatherm Scientific offers AEROSENSE magnehlic gauge with spec. Accuracy of 2% & calibrated from DWYER make digital pressure manometer Model 477 AV – 00. A calibration report from NABL Lab with one-year validity was also supplied with the Sampling booth.
Curtains – Low Maintenance & Long life PVC antistatic dustproof curtains are supplied with the machine.
LCD Display Unit – Microprocessor-based controller fitted on the front side of the machine with three to four power points. The controller helps the user maintain the light, UV light timer & Blower speed. Blower Capacity 1500 to 2500 RPM in two to three numbers supplied according to the size of the Dispensing booth.
